- 40LAWS.txt
- Preface to Keelys' Laws of Sympathetic Vibration John W. Keely
worked out a system detailing the laws which govern the fusion of
energy into what we perceive as molecular aggregations. Keelys' Laws of
Vibration also describe the resonant relationships which occur between
mass aggregations. Publisher and author, William J. Colville was a
close friend of Keely. Colville was also a student of metaphysics. His
friendship with Keely resulted in the sharing of many of Keelys'
research findings, including forty of Keelys' laws. These laws were
included in a little-known metaphysical novel, "Dashed Against the
Rock", which was published in 1894.

- Released by VANGARD SCIENCES on August 5, 1989 for the common
good. This document is taken from an ORIGINAL UNEDITED COPY of Aerial
Navigation by Clara Bloomfield Moore. We believe this chapter was
excised for reasons unknown and by persons unknown somtime during the
early 1900's in an apparent attempt to suppress further elucidation of
Keely's concepts. We of Vangard Sciences feel it should be made
available to the interested public and wish to publicly thank Mr.

work.

- Prior to meeting Wally Chariton, I had read his book the TEXAS
AIRSHIP MYSTERY and got to thinking about practical methods to
duplicate many of the airship sightings. After generating this file, I
gave him a copy to see what he thought about it. We also discussed
Keely and other flight possiblities. Wally said he "wished he had known
all this BEFORE writing his book" and he would have included much of it
as additional information in his book.

- COLOR1.txt
- Color Theory Basics Color theory explains what color is, how the
human eye sees color and the methods used to create all the colors in
the color spectrum. To begin learning about color, we must start with
light. We must have light to see things. Light shines on an object and
is reflected back to our eyes, allowing us to see the objects as they
are. Objects ONLY REFLECT THE COLORS THEY ARE MADE UP OF, and it is
these colors that are received by the eye.

by the TV show, "Science Fiction Theatre". One of their segments had to
do with spying on a conference. The method used was unknown and was

term "Crystal of Deception". Unfortunately, I do not remember the EXACT
technique although it can be narrowed down to only two.

- KEELHOAX.txt
- This article about John Keely appeared in a book called `FOIBLES
AND FALLACIES OF SCIENCE' written in 1924. Vangard Sciences presents
all information available, both pro and con to let the individual
researcher decide for himself. Found in a Michigan bookstore and
contributed by Ron Barker. THE KEELY MOTOR HOAX After the search for
perpetual motion was abandoned by true scientists, and the fallacy
became too generally recognized to make it a means of coaxing money
from the credulous investor, the idea took the no less insidious
character of a machine which required a constant moderate supply of
power from an outside source, but would return this many times over.
- KEELY1.txt
- John Keely's Perpetual Motion Machine It's a universal human
desire to want to get something for nothing. Unfortunately, just about
everything worthwhile turns out to have some sort of price
tag-especially the power needed to run a motor. That hasn't stopped
inventors from trying, for a good many centuries now, to get something
for nothing by inventing a so-called perpetual motion machine. Such a
machine is not intended to go on moving forever, as the name might
imply.

The Death of John Keely With the death of John W. Keely, one of
the most curious delusions of the nineteenth century passes away. Over
thirty years ago Keely announced that he had discovered a mysterious
power of immense capabilities of industrial application, and ever since
that time he has been more or less in the public eye.

- >>> A Run on the Stock Market <<< Keely was
alleged to have invented a mineral disintegrator which could be tuned
to a given substance to reduce it to dust. In this particular account,
the device was tuned to Quartz. Sometime during the 1880's, Keely was
experimenting with an instrument originally intended to be used to
overcome gravity. When a block of quartz was used as a weight, the
intense vibrations generated by the device partially disintegrated the
quartz block.

- Vangard Notes...... The Neutral Centre to which Keely refers is
one of the single most important discoveries EVER made by man.
Understanding of the concept shows how matter is aggregated by Nature
and how it can be dissociated or transmuted. In our many contacts and
conversations, FEW HAVE COMPREHENDED THE IMMENSITY OF THIS CONCEPT.
Perhaps a simpler, less confusing analogy would help in understanding
it.

Investigations at the Keely Laboratory In our last issue we noted the
fact that the Keely Laboratory, at 1420 North Twentieth Street,
Philadelphia, Pa., had been examined by experts, and that the
discoveries seemed to confirm the views held by the SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN
in 1884, that the phenomena were produced through the medium of
compressed air. A representative of the SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN was at once
sent to Philadelphia, and through the courtesy of Mr. Clarence B.
Moore, who has the lease of the premises, unique photographs and
