FOIA.txt
The CIA performed "behavior control" experiments on unsuspecting victims during the Cold War, using Americans in prisons as guinea pigs and the nation's universities as research centers. The techniques included "mind-bending" and memory-erasing drugs. From more than 1000 pages of previously classified CIA documents, the CIA was forced to release a letter written in 1949 by a CIA operative which outlined ways agents could commit murder without getting caught.

IECEC92.txt
This file was put together from two messages on KeelyNet by Monsieur Guy Resh. As noted, the first part lists some of the papers presented at the 1991 conference. The second part is a partial listing of the papers to be presented at the San Diego conference in July of this year. We will update the file fully on receiving our info from the organizers. Thanks GUY!!!

IECECALL.txt
We at KeelyNet appreciate the quality and vast knowledge of the many fine people we have had the pleasure of speaking or corresponding with. Many of our friends and contacts have information that should be presented to a MUCH WIDER audience and which we try to do with KeelyNet and other BBS's of like nature. The IECEC is one of the more technical conferences and is sponsored by 7 separate professional groups, the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the American Nuclear Society (ANS), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

PHILLY.txt
Notice of a most interesting conference that I would love to attend, however, because of the cost, it'll have to be vicariously through our friends in the NorthEast. TAKE NOTES! Please post this on the InterNet, CompuServe and any other BBSs you think might find an interested audience.

SEARL.txt
Vangard Notes... The following information details the results of extensive collaboration with John Searl by John Thomas of Rochester, NY.. We were informed of the work in progress about 2 years ago by a fellow KeelyNetter yet forbidden to reveal the name until the work had been successfully completed. Part of the fear had to do with the many problems Searl has had and it was felt the best approach was to wait til the majority of the work had been completed before full public release.
