    The New Energy - The practical use of vacuum field energy

    This recording was made at Hotel Foresta in Stockholm. The symposium was arranged by SAVFE, the Scandinavian Association of Vacuum Field Energy. This tape contains the lectures given by H. E. Puthoff, PhD, Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin Texas - on Sept 3rd, plus questions and answers at the press-conference on Sept 2nd.

    The video is of three parts. First Puthoff has a presentation of vacuum and his work for 94 minutes. Then there are questions following the presentation from the audience for 15 minutes. Last there is a section from a press conference for 63 minutes (not in soundtrack)..

    • 58   Epsilon Biotis probe mentioned. An automatic elliptic radio-wave
         emitting probe detected 1928. It's signals were deciphered by Secret 
         Service and they found it to be from a different solar system.
